Regular janitorial maintains day-to-day cleanliness — vacuuming, emptying trash, wiping surfaces. Deep cleaning goes much further: scrubbing grout, cleaning inside appliances, degreasing kitchens, steam cleaning carpets, and sanitizing areas that daily cleaning doesn't reach. It's typically done quarterly, semi-annually, or after a period of deferred maintenance.
How long does a commercial deep clean take?
