Benefits

Why Owners Keep Us On The Schedule

The owner-operated crew east-GTA restaurants quietly recommend to the place down the street.

Protects Your DineSafe Rating

We clean to Toronto Public Health standards so your green sign stays green. Across Scarborough and Durham, keeping that rating clean is the difference between a busy Friday and an empty one.

Deep Equipment Degreasing

Built-up grease is both a fire risk and an inspection failure. We degrease cooking equipment, fryers, ranges, floors, and walls — the hidden buildup that fails a kitchen long before the dining room ever does.

Food-Safe On The Line

Everything we use in prep areas is food-safe and CFIA-compliant, with no residue that could touch your menu. Surfaces are rinsed and dried before your crew is back on them.

We Work Your Hours

After last call, before the morning shift, or on your dark day — we fit entirely around service so a single cover is never lost to our crew being in the way.

A Crew That Knows Kitchens

Our people understand how a commercial kitchen and a dining room actually work, including how to handle equipment without leaving it worse than they found it.

On Short Notice When It Counts

Spill, pest scare, surprise inspection? We turn out emergency restaurant cleaning across the east GTA fast — the call you make when it has to be sorted tonight.

Front of House and Back of House Are Two Different Contracts

A restaurant has two cleaning problems that share an address. Front of house is presentation work done before open: dining room, bar, entrance glass, washrooms, matting and floors, judged by a guest walking in. Back of house is degreasing and sanitation done after close: line equipment, hood surrounds, walk-ins, floor drains and coving, judged by an inspector. Pricing them as one line item is how one of them ends up under-serviced.

The kitchen side is the technical half and it is worth reading on its own — commercial kitchen cleaning in Toronto covers overnight degreasing, walk-in sanitation and health-inspection prep, and restaurant and food-service cleaning sets out how we scope food-service accounts generally.

Operators who also run production or catering volume cross into different territory: batch production floors are covered under food manufacturing cleaning in Toronto and primary processing under food plant cleaning in Toronto. Venues running function space alongside the restaurant are covered under event venue cleaning in Toronto.

Periodic work is booked against the inspection cycle rather than the calendar: a our deep cleaning service twice a year on what the nightly scope skips, floor stripping and waxing on sealed floors, and our fogging and disinfection service where an outbreak or an inspection has raised the standard. East-end and Durham restaurants are on our regular route — see commercial cleaning services in Scarborough and Durham Region cleaning coverage.

  • Separate written scopes for front of house and back of house
  • Before-open presentation pass and after-close degreasing pass
  • Washroom sanitising and restocking on every visit
  • Floor drains, coving and under-equipment build-up included
  • Health-inspection prep scheduled against your cycle
  • One account and one invoice across multiple locations

FAQ

Restaurant Cleaning Questions, Answered Straight

What east-GTA owners and operators ask us about frequency, service hours, deep cleaning, and food-safe products before they book.

How often should a restaurant be professionally cleaned?

High-volume kitchens usually want nightly cleaning with a weekly or bi-weekly deep clean, while dining rooms do best with daily upkeep. We walk your Scarborough, Pickering, or Oshawa restaurant and set a frequency that fits your volume — no padding the schedule.

Can you clean without getting in the way of service?

Yes, that is the whole point of how we run it. We work after-hours, overnight, and early-morning across the east GTA so your team and your guests never see us — they just see the result.

Do you clean walk-in coolers and refrigeration?

We do. Walk-in cooler and refrigeration cleaning — shelving, seals, and floors sanitized — is part of our restaurant work for any Toronto or Durham kitchen, handled as part of the job or on its own schedule.

Will your products affect our food prep areas?

No. We use only food-safe, CFIA-compliant products in prep areas, and every surface is rinsed and dried before your kitchen crew is back to work on it.
