By using Bluestone Janitorial's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Bluestone Janitorial provides commercial and industrial cleaning services in the Greater Toronto Area. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a service agreement before work commences.
3. Payment
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods and require payment within the agreed-upon timeframe. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for service cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. Emergency cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.
6. Liability
While our team takes every precaution, Bluestone Janitorial's liability is limited to the cost of the specific cleaning service provided. We carry full insurance coverage and will address any legitimate damage claims promptly.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the premises, securing valuables, and informing us of any hazardous conditions or special requirements before service begins.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
