A finished build is almost never a clean build. Post-construction cleaning is a trade of its own because the dust trades leave behind — silica, drywall fines, fibreglass — packs into every crevice, coats ductwork and fixtures, and clings to brand-new finishes. Push it around with a regular mop and it just redistributes. We work it properly: HEPA-filtered vacuums, controlled damp-wiping, and a top-down pass that takes it out for good.
Our crews clean new builds, renovations, office fit-outs, retail buildouts and condo handovers across Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa, then through the rest of the GTA. We deal directly with the GC, the PM or the site super — working around your handover date, your access windows and whatever deficiency work is still moving. How long does post-construction cleaning take?
Duration depends on the project size and complexity. A 2,000 sq ft commercial fit-out typically takes 1–2 days. Larger builds or heavily dust-affected sites may require 3–5 days. We provide a timeline estimate after our site evaluation.
Can you coordinate with our general contractor or project manager?
Absolutely — we work directly with GCs and project managers regularly. We can adapt our schedule to your project timeline, access arrangements, and handover requirements without disrupting ongoing deficiency work.
Do you handle hazardous materials like asbestos or lead dust?
Hazardous material abatement (asbestos, lead) requires licensed specialists — that falls outside our scope. However, once abatement is complete and the area cleared, we perform the post-abatement cleanup and general post-construction cleaning.
