Our move-out cleaning covers the full property: kitchen (including inside appliances and cabinets), bathrooms (descaling and disinfection), all rooms (floors, baseboards, walls, window sills), interior windows, and all storage areas. We provide a room-by-room walkthrough to ensure the property meets landlord standards.
Will your cleaning meet landlord or property manager standards?
Yes — our move-out cleaning is specifically designed to meet standard tenancy cleaning requirements. We use the same checklist that property managers use during inspections. Many of our clients recover full security deposits after our service.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
Not required. Many clients provide access via lockbox or building manager. We complete the work and you can return to inspect when convenient. We're also happy to meet you on-site if you prefer.
How long does move-out cleaning take?
A standard one-bedroom unit typically takes 3–4 hours. Two-bedroom units run 4–6 hours. Larger properties or those in poor condition may require additional time. We provide an estimated duration when you book.
Do you offer same-day move-out cleaning?
Yes, when our schedule permits. We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance for guaranteed same-day availability, but we do accommodate urgent requests. Call us directly for fastest response.
